The Grunt

Hello All. A quick note. Due to myself trying not to sound monotonous, I am going to start condensing my weekend blogs. Whenever Addy does something that is worthy of writing, and she does this often because I mean, look at where she comes from, I will let the world know. She radiates excellence. Anywho, just a heads up that there may not be one every day of the weekend.

On to the story.

Addy has developed what Kelly and I call..."The Grunt". It has replaced crying when she gets upset, gets hungry, or gets tired. I like to compare it to an elephant that is a little congested and trying to blow very loudly out of her trunk. She tenses up her arms, her legs, and tightens down her face until it turns really red and blows bubbles and it sounds just like an elephant. It cracks me up, and we like to let her throw her little fit for a bit before we rectify the situation. Don't judge us, we just like to get a little amusement from our daughter.

I know you're laughing at me...and I ain't happy!

So, until next time, watch out for those little elephants.

Blessings,
-SH
